11" Holly with phoenix feather core

The protective properties of holly wood make this wand especially good for defense against the dark arts.  It is a very unusual due to the particular core used in its construction; phoenix feathers are the most powerful substance commonly used for wand cores.  This wand most closely resembles Harry Potter's wand.

Hippogriff

Just like the famous Buckbeak, you have the Hippogriff. They are intensely proud, but can also be fiercely loyal and protective of those who have earned their trust. You have a stubborn streak, but can put this vigilant strength to good use (if nobody insults you.)
